If you are a beta tester, just read the Release Notes and then Launch Version 1.0.0.7b, new users please read on.
If you adventurous you can Launch Development Snapshot
The development snapshot is a way to pre-lease small bug fixes as they come available without disturbing those user who want to use the official release version and don't need the bug fixes. Releasing new version with small fixes on a daily bases might disturb people with slow modem connections as WebStart would automatically load the latest version. Therefore two version are from now on available on this site, the official released version and the development snapshot. If you launch the official version you only get updates when a new official release is made, if you use the development snapshot version, a new version is likely to be downloaded.
From stability and quality point of view the development snapshot version is hopefully one step ahead of the official version.
